I'm not too concerned. Over a whole tank it's like 4 bucks or something. I could skip on buying coffee twice a week to even things out. Agree with Rob though, yeah not much we can do about it though unfortunately

It's all hocus pocus.
And I blame the Arabs and greed.

lol.

I still reckon this is like the fuel crisis in the late 70'sd to mid 80's.
Fuel guzzlers get sold for cheap, then fuel prices come back down when waaaay more is "found" (lol.. there's enough to last the planet at current consumption for the next 50+ years just sitting in barrels....)

But.. at the end of the day, we'll kill ourselves before we get into deep space.

This generation wont see the amazing advancements the ones 2,3,and 4 before us saw during their lives. Ah well.

No one is gonna like it, but we all have to live with it and deal. Make of things now, when fuel keeps going up, may have to change cars...

As it is, I ride my bike as often as I can, I do get more enjoyment out of my car when I drive it around after having driven it less.

The reason why it goes up is because the biggest reservoir in Saudi is running out fast. So they bump their prices coz of demand. If the Saudis are charged more tax for their oil rigs everyone downstream will feel the magnitude.

This is why I have a motorcycle I fill up $22 bucks for 430ks

Id buy a road bike...but not with canberra drivers lol

One of the main reasons Harley's and sports bikes are allowed way over the db level. Lazy little f**kers who won't turn their heads to look into the lane they want to be in.

I found Canberra drivers to be pretty good though :/

    • I know that smallbox is not great but as i said it will be for a limited time and iam not going to get crazy. But thanks...i just want to know if i can use that clutch and not have "problems"
    • No no. The Audi boost controller was made from a Norgren (or equivalent) 1/4" pneumatics pressure regulator, a similar (looking) relief valve (to create the "gated" function to keep the boost off the actuator until wanted) and a check valve plumbed in parallel with those two, to relieve the boost back out of the wastegate line after the boost event was over. It was the inclusion of that check valve, used sort of "backwards" as a relief valve, that was the stroke of genius that made the rest of it work nice. The only reason I stoped using it was because it was like any other manual/pneumatic boost controller - it's settings changed from season to season. The Profec is much more consistent winter to summer.
    • A couple of months of gentle driving will be fine. There is a risk that you will kill it. A heavy workout will probably kill 3rd gear. Continued use will wreck the input shaft bearing.
    • That's because R34 RB25DET is a pull clutch gearbox. I have that clutch, behind 25Neo, in front of R33 gearbox. I have brand new R34 turbo gearbox, in a box (cardboard) in the shed right now, and it will be getting used with the same engine and clutch, because I also have, in a much smaller box next to it, the front plate to convert the new box to push clutch.
    • Are you planning to ever come on boost with the RB25DET? The torque of the motor alone will break the little box. It's not a matter of if, it's when.
