Terry check the phone book or the south coast register, I used a plumber recently forget his name,

Had a blocked sewer pipe, don't get the work done on a Saturday, cost me 300 bucks they charge

Hi.

If you havent had the job done there maybe a simple fix. If the outlet is on the ground floor get some plastic pipe push it over the outlet and direct it away from the wall. should fix your problem. If the outlet is leaking constantly you will probably need a new valve on the heater unit.

I thought that next time I'm down there, that I should inspect where the outlet point is.

The complex manager says that there could be concern re: termites requiring moisture for their mud channels.
