I wonder if there are any areas where we can practise drift (or power slides, if u may) at night, where there's no cars, no poles, smooth roads? I know its not a forum where you're supposed to promote these kinda acts heh  but just wanna know any legit places thats all, these nights during the holidays, can't bum around on the net everyday!

Thanks mates!

Hi Guys,

I know that we are trying to present a responsible driving atmosphere on this forum.

Can someone who is reckless and doesn't mind sticking their neck out and putting themselves on the line with potential blame sharing please PM me about where i can drift around like the japs i see on HPi videos up in the mountains..but like you know..without mountains.

Dude you just cant post something like you have.. even if 20 people know where you can do it...almost guaranteed...every one of em will tell you that you are crazy for even thinking something like this exists...

my tip...possibly look to a forum for vehicles that are a little more suited to drift *wink*

I like it how many people take the soap box stand on this forum about illegal stuff ... yet they still have boost controlers and blow off valves... which are illegal.

uhhhh ?

i think making your car go sideways on public roads is in a completely different league to having a blow off valve installed. Both illegal, but realistically one has a significantly higher chance of injuring yourself, others or soon enough...getting your car impounded

in terms of the law. having a BOV wont even get you an infringement...getting caught drifting might have greater consequences
