Hello, I have a 93 r33 with a 2000 rb25det and I think it has a older s1 head, it has the single ignitor up the back of the motor, any one know if this set up affects the compression ratio? Also it is blowing white/ blue smoke all the time and a bit of black at higher rpm, no oil in the coolant and not water in the oil. It has a front mount electronic boost controller and a 3in cat back system and I don't think it has had a tune. Also before I got it, it was ran with no water and the head was replaced with the older s1 head. Should I replace turbo seals and or valve stem seals?post-134749-14007486337159_thumb.jpgpost-134749-14007486583349_thumb.jpg

The ignitor system has nothing to do with the head, just to do with the ignition system.

The smoke will either be because of the turbo leaking oil or the engine burning oil. You could do a compression test to try and work out if it's the engine or turbo that's causing the smoke
