Dahtone Racing
what about a PFC? a mate of mine has a WRX and for the amount of money he paid for a UNICHIP he could have got a PFC, HC and boost control kit. jager
got two feet for launches its not hard better for it, like weather changes will stuff up the stall converter pFC doesn't work with autos, emanage are having probs with autos and no tuners so no option there oil cooler for trans was thinking that, but don't skylines come out stock with em? i have a cooler on the front of the radiator, looks like a stock trans cooler, i could be wrong though Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/44362-unichip/#findComment-906968 Share on other sites
jager
cost isn't an issue im getting it installed with all limiter taken of for $1100, that seems like a pretty good price to me Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/44362-unichip/#findComment-906969 Share on other sites
Abo Bob
You don't put oil in your trannie but yeah, it should have a cooler out front there. Is it between the radiator and the front mount? I don't know but isn't the cost issue with Unichip the tuning rather than the install? Ie hours and hours of tuning necessary. Abo Bob
I've overheated mine once but I've been to several track days etc so it obviously takes a lot. I may get a bigger one later. Got a few other mods to go first. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/44362-unichip/#findComment-907322 Share on other sites

Emre
Unichips aren't very popular in the Skyline scene. There was talk that, people who opted for them had issues with the ECU's self learning function. Perth boys are raving on about the Wolf, so maybe give that a go.
