Muffler Resize Shop/fabrication

Anyone knows who can resize muffler/cut and weld i suppose, I got 18inch 2nd hand mf muffler body and won't fit to r34?

need to make it 14"

It would be much cheaper to buy a smaller muffler than to resize one you have. You could probably make money by selling the second hand one you have

I suspect this is true, as carbon buildup makes welding a biatch, it would need to be cleaned up very well, inside and out.

I can get some pretty cheap stainless mufflers these days if that's what you want. I usually recommend Magnaflow mufflers though, or Varex if you want it quiet.
