Hi out there,

Fairly new to this but in need of some assistance.

My R33 4wd doesn't seem to be engaging the front wheels aka the car drives like a rwd car should. All spin no traction no real pull forward. I have bleed the system in the rear following instructions from this site and all that seems to be working fine. All that seems to be in working order.

I have had the car off the ground and selected a gear and all 4 wheels turn. But give it a bit of curry on the road and no grip, rears just light up.

I have had someone suggest the transfer case might have finally given up and the clutches within are slipping. Is there anything else I can check to help fault find the problem? No lights flash up on the dash, but I haven't looked in the boot to see to see if ecu has any flashes.

Any help would be appreciated, basically car drives like the prop shaft is out.

Realistically seeing as you haven't got a clue, you won't be fixing it yourself.

Take it to someone experienced with gtrs.

Give them money.

Pick up car in working condition.

Boost off into the sunset.

Wait for next problem to arise.

Repeat.

It is easier to play dumb and see if someone who has had a similar problem arise can shed light on the situation. There are no faults appearing in attesa ecu, the pumps work fine and are pressurizing, there is new fluid in system and is bleed correctly. The tires are great and never had a problem before, same with suspension. Car has run 11.2 @ 124mph on exact same set up. When the car is in the air all 4 wheels drive, but on the road drop the clutch and watch only the rears light up. As far as I am aware from everything I have read on here I have tried to eliminate most of the problems. Yet I am not sure as how to test transfer case and know that it is the multi clutch system inside that is letting it down. I was just chasing ideas that I may have missed by people adding suggestions. My main suspicion was the transfer case but wanted any light shed before I put the car on the hoist and remove the box.
