Can't help with swap, but I am interested. How was it for driving? Was it really cold in the mornings? My std one is all crappy so need a replacement and have been looking at similar.

Its really good for driving, well i like it, hence why im getting another, but think i'd prefer the chrome one, same shape/design.

Its not cold or anything, my old one was metal, and it got really hot/cold , but this one has plastic between the metal and transmission so it doesn't transfer the heat... since its anodized (sp?) it doesn't get cold either
