Hello,

Have done a quick search and couldn't find the answers I was after...anyway, i have a RS4 auto...have recently converted it to manual and am wondering what are my options to have it LSD...I did read that GTR fits.

I know that standard stagea ratios is 4.08

And

GTR is 4.11

Would I need to do both front and rear diffs to make it right?

And what GTR diffs will fit...r32 or r33, I believe r34 is 3.5 ratio.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Thought I had replied to this - must have forgotten to hit "post"

R32 and R33 GTR are the same. GTR diffs have 6 x 1 bolt pattern- I have a complete R32GTR rear end in my car - diff, axles, brakes (bit of a mission to relocate the Atessa pump)and an R33 front diff .

But you should be able to get a Nismo centre for your diff. They are listed here:

http://www.nismo.co.jp/en/products/competition/lsd/pdf/lsd_price.pdf

Buy an rs4s rear diff and sub frame they have lsd and then just swap you existing crow and pinion into the new diff , why swap entire rear end ??? Because at anything over 260 atw in manual you start leaning hard on the axles, if not making power just get a r200 lsd in correct bolt pattern and swap crown and pinion ! Get a diff place do either as you have to set the back lash up
