Can u turn off pictures in signatures....

I don't know if it's just me or are the images ppl put in their signature ANNOYING?

Im not having a go at ppl with 2048x1024 images of their car in their signatures but it's really hard to read the forum. Not to mention the extra scrolling, processing on old cpu's for image layout, difficulty to focus on text, etc...

I mean isn't the avatar picture enough?

The NZ forums are definetly easier to read (in that they don't have images in signatures)....

I don't mind the bright background....

What are other ppl's thoughts on this - is it a feature the moderators can turn off? Can I turn it off on my side?

Hey Man,

We are about to limit the size of signiture pictures for all users. We may also completely lose the images in the signiture for the reason you stated, some images are just too large and get irritating (even mine is prolly a bit too big).

We will keep you updated.

i agree with that whole sig thing, i honestly believe its a waste of space. And as mentioned b4 the forum background does seem a lil bright. Do u mind toning it down? as in the brightness, its hard to read with the lights off at nite. 8O
