In connects to boost source. This is either the compressor outlets or (in the case of GTR only, not other RB engines) the plenum. Coincidentally, that is where the original boost solenoid got its signal from.

Out connects to the wastegate actuators. This means BOTH wastegate actuators. They must be teed together. Coincidentally, the original line that runs from the original solenoid does exactly this.

Better yet, we had exactly this thread only a week ago.
