Hello all, Im doing a vh41 conversion using a 300zx gearbox. My question is does anyone know the actuall length in millimeteres or centimetres of the first half of a tail shaft out off an r33 or a 300zx from the end of the yoke to the end where it bolts to the centre bearing? just working out my options any help appreciated. I'm after actual lengths measered with a tape measure! cheers guys cam.

Before anyone says... yes I searched and could not find the answers

I think you should take it for granted that you're looking at getting a tailshaft modified for this job, not piecing one together out of factory halves. So long as you have a front yoke to match your box and the rear 2/3 of the tailshaft to match the car, a driveshaft workshop will be able to cut'n'shut (and/or extend) the front bits together.
