Boiling And Leaking From Coolant Overflow

Recently got a greddy plenum and 80mm throttle installed on my r33 rb25 and while driving home from the shop my overflow fills up boils and sprays water my radiator empty but no leaks anywhere on the radiator or pipes coming off it's like it's all being sucked into overflow tank then blown out

Any ideas ???

It sounds like you are adding pressure to the cooling system. Check to see that all the hoses are configured correctly.

Or you blew your headgasket

No.

Depends on where it has blown and how bad.

It could be that the cooling system wasn't bled correctly.

How much power did you lose/gain from fitting the plenum?

Re bleed the cooling system. Corrections may have to be made due to the changed heights of bleed points (if any).

Radiator cap could be a possibility as Callan stated, but would have shown an issue previously.
