Can Someone Help. At/t Light Flashes&speedo Not Workin.

Hi all, ive got a R34gtt auto and all of a sudden I hoped in (all was perfect before) turned ignition on and the at/t light flashes and then I start car it stops and aswell the engine light stays on and my speed'o doesn't work? Im hoping that someone can give me some advice to what it could be as its pissed me off. Thanks and I hope someone knows??

Do you know what codes the ECU is throwing?

My initial thoughts is the speedo sensor has gone and the Auto Tranny really needs to know what speed the car is doing to work well...

Yeah im gettin code 14 so that would be speed sensor yeah? Will I do any damage to my box if I drive it??

Boo Yah!

Does it drive like a dog with the auto box not knowing how fast it's spinning? I'd imagine that shifts would be clunky as hell and shifting randomly up and down.

Edit: Actually looks like there is also 112 - Automatic Transmission Speed Sensor, so maybe the box has its own one to know what's going on...

Box does have its own speed sensor, but if the AT light is on AT ALL you are locked in 3rd.

As far as I know, you can drive it in 3rd all day, as you can't really exactly drive it hard in that state
