Convo Pros - Sizing / Back Spacing

Hey all,

Im looking at a set of convo pros for my r33 gtst for when I drag

Large rear pair with slicks and small front runners.

my problem is they work sizing with back spacing.

anyone have any ideas what sizes would fit, what back spacing? Struggling! !

Anyone done this before?

Gonna have issues clearing the front calipers I would imagine. Would require some pretty extreme bolt on spacers to clear?

Yer the problem is old school are flat backs ...

this is why im needing help or people that have done it

I remember checking out the Sub Zero R33 drag car years ago, it ran a similar wheel setup to what you want to run.

It had pretty thick bolt on spacers up the front - maybe 50mm or so.

I'd start with a space saver spare, then work out how much offset it runs to clear the front caliper, then you can work out how big a spacer you'll need to clear the front caliper with a flat back convo pro

yer the real problem is it being flat backed... understand offset and what not just unsure how these old school set ups work

Quick measure on my car - would need a 55mm spacer to clear the brakes with a flat backed rim

Yeah, fronts 55mm and rear 25mm
