etang789
Do you guys run Dual Wideband Sensors for RB26 ? Is it better than one wideband after the merge at the downpipe? If you guys do run Dual Wideband Sensors where would you install them? At the OEM 02 location seems too close to the turbo and too hot for the sensors right? And anywhere before the exhaust merges doesn't seem to have the suggested distance away from the turbo outlet. The best location for the sensor is approx 1 meter from the closest exhaust valve (measured along the central axis of the exhaust pipe) or 1 meter from the turbo outlet ( for turbo charged vehicles) Edited June 26, 2014 by etang789 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/444910-dual-wideband-sensors/ Share on other sites
Badgaz
whats your thinking for running two? if you want to be more precise with the tune of your car then i'd run individual egt on each exhaust manifold runner. Trex
aem make a multiple wideband station. It's a lot of money when you could consider paying a tuner to double check afrs with their equipment. I will be getting Haltech PnP, and I have been suggested to get the Haltech Dual Wideband – WBC2 setup. Thinking may be it is required or will be more precise on the tune but I dont see how I can find the proper location.
