I Need Help!

I've recently puchased my first turbo car R33 Gtst after selling my R34GT and have noticed that some things don't look quite right and was hoping someone can help my answer all or some of the following questions.

1. What connects to this plastic female clip piece on the throttle body and is it important? ..because my car is missing whatever needs to be there. (See picture to understand what I'm talking about)

2. I've been through a few threads on how to connect up the stock boost solenoid and would like someone to confirm for me that this is correct, because it's been a bit confusing. (See pictures with the blue Gucci looking tubes and Solenoid)

3. What bolts on to the mounting piece between the turbo and O2 sensor, is there meant to be a heat shield of some sort? And is my turbo meant to be rusting looking like it is or is it pretty common? (See pictures)

Your missing a heat shield.

Rust on turbo is totally normal.

Plug is for throttle position sensor (tps)

I'm surprised it runs ok with out it.

Can't rally tell what's going on with factory boost control

Ben if you look closely you'll see there's a cable running from the TPS to the harness connector plug.

Most Rb25's I've come across have a blanking plug in that other TPS socket which I was once told was used in cruise control or autos, can't remember which.
