RB25DET gearbox ...

i planning to chang my gearbox oil ....

going for redline ..

i have ZERO experiance in redline stuff .. so .. any thing will be helpfull guys .. :headspin:

and .. how many liters dose the rb25 gearbox takes ..???

dont use the redline super-lightweight (yellow) it foams in the box. get the redline lightweight (blue).

about 3.4L for the box, and you can get redline oil in 3.7L bottles.

Yep, get the lightweight, cost ya about $110. If you car is pretty much used as a weekend toy and always gets kaned, maybe look at heavy weight.

I have lightweight, gearbox was a little notchy and it's better now. It takes about 750-1000km's before it really does it's job well.
