Does the throttle show movement in the data scan app? Maybe the throttle plate is jammed open a bit? This is taking ages for you to diagnose, get the car to a workshop who knows skylines, pay the cash and let us all know what the issue was.

Been told buy owner of skyline spares it's either my loom or ecu, he had a similar problem he reckons,

Picked up another loom and ecu cheap today so gonna swap it in and see how it goes, need to change it anyway as tps wiring has been cut and extended to suit forward facing, but I've put stock manifold back on,

failing that I will take it to local dyno tuner and see if he can figure it out,

Cough under boost would be an air leak somewhere.

What sort of forward facing plenum is it?

I dare say the throttle issue could be related to the forward facing plenum aswell
