R31 Gearbox Swap

hi guys,can someone help me,im wanting to put a r33 auto into a r31 skline,both cars auto,what needs to be changed or modded to do this please,the r33 was a rb25 turbo and the r31 is a rb 30 no turbo,any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance

The R33 tranny will need the TCU from an R33. The TCU from an R33 will not be too interested in talking to the ECU from an R31 (like totally different eras of Nissan electronics), so I imagine that it might not be fun to do this swap.

I will cross my fingers and hope for you that it can be done and that someone here knows that it can be done. Failing that, you might need to ask an auto trans specialist (like MV Autos) for their opinion.

Mv have an electronic box of some description that will allow the trans to work, can't remember if it makes it manualised though.
