What Paint Code Matches My White Gtt ?

I own a 98 gtt and it's cloud white and the paint code says QM1. I went to super cheap and got that mix but it doesn't match my cars colour and the guy at super cheap told me this has happened numerous times because the code doesn't match the colour. Has anyone had this problem and does anyone know a colour code that matches ??

Either he can't mix it / get it right.

Or you are use to seeing your car as it is and the paint has faded slightly, so when you see a fresh mix of QM1, hence it does not match...

For GTT, QM1 = Cloud White or for GTR, it is simply known as White.

And QM1 has been a Nissan White Colour for decades.

Over this time, the hue has in fact been altered. Your friendly panelbeater may be able to ascertain when change/s occurred.

I even heard that the hue changed again between '99 and '01. But that's not gospel.

I've also heard that Holden has a QM1 coded white paint which is vastly different from Nissan. So how confusing is that?
