Would like to know how many of you have spent money on your trans, and if you are happy with how it's turned out and what it drives like.

My cars in mv getting 3 thou high stall and getting a full heavy duty setup, I already have mv shift kit. Can't wait to get it back.

Scotty I am sick of waiting for boost to kick in lol, 4 thousand rpm my gtx 30/76r hits hard. Stall is going to help heaps, plus now I can run more then 17psi and know the trans will be fine.

I agree, I have my old Dominator stally on the shelf and have been tempted to throw it back in. I remember how much punch I lost putting it in though. There are tradeoffs.

Stallys are very hard to get right, as they need to be matched to the turbo. Hopefully 3000 will do you perfectly.

It was a 3000 stally, which becomes a 4500 stally under boost. (as it is torque dependant really)

I swapped back to a GTX3071 two months ago, still running 32psi, but with more torque now than the GTX3076 ever gave me. It is amazing what a few extra degrees of timing can do. :P

I am just glad for the extra response, running the stock stator and triple lock up clutches, this stall converter needs all the help it can to get the whale off the line.
