I'm trying to fit a Nismo s-tune strut bar with brake stopper to my r32 gts4 rb25det.

Firstly the brake stopper didn't line up so I've had to just rotate it for now, so it's misaligned but at least two edges are in contact with the master cylinder.

When trying to connect the bar - at the driver's side - the bar won't line up in the hole properly so the bolt doesn't go in. This is because the bar goes directly over the intake pipe and fouls on the last black joining hose.

It appears to be just millimetres too high. From what I've seen the rb20 plenum/intake is positioned closer to the firewall so it's not a problem.

Anyone else come across this issue? Would washers or spacers under the plates be okay?

Cheers.

I've got the same strut bar, you will need to rotate the stopper a bit more so it sits flush.

Maybe once you fix that, the rest will fall into place?

Here's pics of mine

Edit: Oh wait, I think that strut bar only fits R33 and R34? And not R32?....

Yes, it's an R32 strut bar.

Charles89 - I intentionally aligned it that way. From that picture if I rotate it clockwise only 1 edge will be in contact with the MBC (it's that much offset). So that one gold edge will be sitting against that diagonal bit, hope that makes sense.

blind_elk - is yours a Neo? Forgot to mention that mine is a Neo, but you can probably see that from where the traction control module would be mounted.
