I presume Google maps has us taking a shortcut at Mount Nebo Rd @ Mount Nebo where, it wants us to take norrow Forestry Rd and join back to Mount Nebo rd and its not the way were actually going?

Yeah we stick to Mt Nebo rd, when I placed route markers Google picks the shortest route not where we're going.

Weather hasn't been to bad(lowood/fernvale) mt glorious side just been sun showers and heavy spurts every now and then.

That's good.

I'm in for a wet mountain run still.

It's more the issue of liability for the club and myself. I would rather call it off and be safe than have 15-20 cars driving over Mt Glorious in the rain, some people will be perfectly capable but others might not be.

Currently it's looking good for the original cruise as the rain has gone and the clouds are thinning.

Yeah, my opinion (and its just that) was that it would be fine was based off the fact that the steady rain should have abated by about evening, which it has, and stay away, which is fingers crossed. Will have to wait and see what the showers are like tomorrow

awesome day,lots of great cars and those who turned up had a great cruise,weather cleared up and the bbq at wivenhoe was scenically epic.those who didnt come missed out on a great day,will post photos when i can,thanks to mike and all involved in the organisation of this run,great cars,great company,great scenery.
