I kinda disagree with the whole lancer/excel thing

Well i know that im not like that, and i do unfortunately own an excel, and i feel that people are stupid if they own these cars and seroiusly even try and race a car totally out of their league. ie any sky v 4 .

Anyway im thinkin of gettin a r33 but still am not sure.

I dunno

Just wanna say that all people that drive excels/lancers are like that.

Come on guys be considerate to other drivers...

some people are stupid drivers, as when I say stupid it does not reflect what car they drive or in...

some of people just not ment to operate vehicles.:P

but wheather you own GTR or MINI or any vehicles... we only can blame their drivers.

I think there should be Law stop people who can not drive buying high performance cars only fact that some people just can not drive yet alone many of us can not afford to buy hight perfomance cars...

my two cents!

cheers

Joe

Guest GR33DyMANGO

haha.. this thread is pretty funny. i luv fatz comments about the excels. how funny are those excels with MASSIVE body kits.. hahaa.. i just lose it laughing.. hahaa.. in fact i laugh if i see a standard excel. but when they try and race you i laugh even harder! my grandmas honda civic could easily beat one of these poonce-mobiles.

my point is - why do these excels/lancers* even try to pretend they have more power than the microwave in my kitchen?

* = insert devilish madman laughter amid teardrops by excel/lancer-prancer drivers:D :):P

To Nissaner...

Someone keyed your GT-R?

Damn what a bunch of arses.

This would shit me no-end. With a GT-S I wouldn't care that much but man a GT-R is just plain disrespectful.

I drive a Magna wagon to shops and stuff because I wouldn't want someone scratching the Merc. or something I actually cared about...

Even though I only drive a Gtst, I'm still worried about that.

In the end, it's u who has to fork out the money to fix it..

Its just as bad when someone opens their car door in your

car!

Well unfortunatly, some stupid driver swerved into my lane (while trying to be a tryhard and pass me whilst going into oncoming traffic) i swerved to avoid getting hit and ran into the gutter..pretty hard. Now my GTR is off the road waiting on some parts from japan (strut, lower control arm, tie rod etc). Then when my baby is on the road again (only had her for 4 days:( ) i can hunt this prick down.

    • Excuse me for butting in....but which part of ADHD can be considered a superpower? I would have though it far more likely that some ASD comorbidity is more likely to be contributing to an ability to hyperfocus on something. ADHD being aimed somewhat in the other direction. My shed looks like your shed. My whiteboard list of unfinished projects has entries going back 15 years. I know what you're talking about - I just struggle to connect ADHD to the results being discussed.
    • Thanks for reaching out!  It's a blessing and a curse at the same time.  I'm undiagnosed but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see it in me... I have more half started projects laying around my house, shed, garden, etc taking up space and money, destroying aesthetics than if I added up all of my mates projects together. But, ADHD gives me the ability to hyper focus on things that no mere mortal could even  comprehend.  A recent pool build is an example of that....  I dont know anyone else that would be dumb enough and focused enough to take on then complete something of that magnitude. I call ADHD a superpower but it can equally be completely destructive if not controlled and focusedon the right places. Addiction is a major concern to ADHD people and thankfully my addictions have been no worse than projects, XBOX, chocolate and being an arsehole! It's often hereditary and my 13 year old son is currently learning how to drive it at the moment. Keep lurking! If i can finally finish this bloody thing at some point it will be a win for all of us ADHD'ers! 🤪
    • I've been quietly following this thread for ages, but this one got me. Since my ADHD diagnosis (and associated learnings and prescription) I'm way less inclined to wade into forum yarns when there are better things to do with my time, as half the time I'd end up in some kind of forum debate even if that wasn't my intention. I've not lost the ADHD "superpowers", just am a lot better at directing my hyperfocus into slightly more constructive things, but haven't stopped quietly lurking in here in my spare time.
    • Stripped the tank down and gave it a good scrub. It came up really good! Not sure if I'll just put it back in like that or give it a blackening treatment (such as Bowdens The Black Box). That might give it a matte look so might just run it as is.
    • @MBS206 Ha ha, yeah ADHD is a daily battle to not get drawn in to doing things you want to do that you know you shouldn't do!  Every single time I walk into my shed I end up doing something I started the day having zero intention of doing! I keep mentioning the 1 step forward, 3 steps back scenario and I'm tipping people that are blessed with ADHD (yes, blessed) are the worst at that!
