Dash Lights Keep Flickering

So i've got a 34R and the Dash lights keep flickering, I have changed the actually bulbs, what else could it be. Starting the get annoying as half the time I can't see what speed im doing at night or how much fuel is in the car.

I had a similar thing this week. My tail light fuse blew and my dash lights wouldn't work. New fuse and the dash lights worked again. A bit odd if you ask me.

Yeah, I was thinking it was the holders you clip the light bulbs into before screwing them into the dash. I don't seem to have any issues with my tail lights so doubt it is that fuse but good to know for the future.
