hey guys

Just seeing were the best place to buy a rb25det gearbox or rebuild on the sunshine coast or wreckers to get one. the one i need is for my nissan skyline r33 s2 1996 gtst is there any difference to s1 of the r33 and r34 rb25det

34 runs a pull clutch, 33 runs a push clutch, expect to pay 900-1200 second hand 1500+ for wreckers. Will cost in the ballpark of 1500 to rebuild depending on whats actually wrong with it

Is it possibly to get a brand new on there a Facebook page called japanese genuine replacement. They say they can get me a brand new one for $2000 plus freight would this be true can u get new ones or would it be just a rebuilt one or is he just making it up. because i would of thought they would stop making them years ago.

they exist .... tbh I would rather a fresh rebuild and inspection than a 20 year old "new" one though
