There are plenty of ACT R32 GTR's but only a handful are active here. You lot forgot Judd's 32R.

Also, I think they mean that demand will increase, which of course means prices will increase. Now that the US are in the market for skylines you not only have Canada, NZ and Australia (Top 3 Skyline imports) but you now have US. The Skyline in US is like buying a Lambo or something.

^^^^^ what a great idea!

But wait, he would want one that was lovingly cared for by a Skyline maniac who was a mechanical guru and personally serviced and maintained the vehicle as if it were his own child. Oh but such a rare specimem would be so difficult to find, prey tell me, where would he find such a treasure?

not keen on 33's specially a 4door

I don't want an exceptional specimen of a 32. at this point all I want is a 94-93, 80-125k, no damage to body and a running car in my price range. I am sure I can find one and I have come across some for sale already (inspection to prove otherwise).

there are two type of owners, like you said one would treat it like a child and others as the machine it is. I guess there is the third that don't know what they are doing and spend their or parents money modifying it up.

LULZ :rofl2:

hard to get over $30k no matter what condition/modifications for a 32 GTR already in country.

I'd be hard pressed to get between $30k-$35k.

Doesn't really matter what has been spent. In the end it's just a running GTR.

Unless of course it has 500-1000kws on the Dyno or Sub 10's on the QTR.

Understood. It takes a special kinda person to love an Ugly Duckling.

I'm Special.

Don't worry man. Once the uneducated get educated in the terms of Skylines, they'll all be frothing at the mouth for a R33 4Door. A skyline is a skyline unless it's a V35.... LOL

    • There's a thread over on PF.com where this has already been beaten to death. I make this point only because the report that you're referring to is already out of date. They have walked back some of the silliness, including the need to apply for (and risk losing the application fee, if not granted) a permit to work on your own car on your own land. But there is still a lot of silliness left remaining. Victoria is a f**king shithole. Has been since way before we started calling it Brackistan. f**king nimby woke Stalinist nightmare of a place.
    • I’ll go last point, For me it’s, can I do better relying on the expertise of u experts in the field but my point was, is there a way and a will to sticky important tried/true/tested facts that come out of a question relating to each area of improvement. I mean like not losing valuable info when u end up relying on google without success. Some times. I just see so much knowledge being passed but unless u are a guru or lucky, the diamonds end up hidden in our forum sorry guys I’ll leave it at that respect
    • Oh, and despite all the links, there's nothing sponsored here. Paid in full by me.
    • What the actual f**k is this about?  https://www.carexpert.com.au/car-news/this-australian-city-wants-to-charge-people-to-work-on-their-cars A $400+ permit, every 3 months, to work on your own car?  Tell him he's dreaming.
    • I did a bit of googling, the color MCM used was Galaxy Grey from House of Kolor. This is actually a colour I picked out about ~10+ years ago (or more). This one is a stock BMW colour, I guess over the years I figured it was smart to get an OEM colour that was pretty common for all of those sensible reasons one can think of..
