NUTWGN
You'll also find they aren't taking new customers, existing customers will be able to renew without an issueBummer! Was just telling Luke how awesome this policy sounds, back to the drawing board I guess! GTR-N1
NFI Look at the first page for David Snape's number, ask him and let him know about the woman's misinformation. 2 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/447336-nrma-vintage-and-classic-insurance/page/17/#findComment-7681166 Share on other sites
mr skidz
Just ring back get someone else on the phone. My first quote was 60 bucks higher than I'm now paying and what all others were too. I knew something wasn't right, turns out she had me down as business use even tho I said private twice. Shifty woman obviously paid on commission bases lol 2 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/447336-nrma-vintage-and-classic-insurance/page/17/#findComment-7681187 Share on other sites
elChin0
Unfortunately i went with just car (wallet is copping it lol) as no one else will insure me , not even shannons. Ill have to try and get a quote from NRMA and see if i can change over. It could save you 100s that you can better spend elsewhere. elChin0
Thanks Terry. I gave them a call and Just car can cancel my policy so thats all good... I am on the phone to NRMA now and the only issue seems to be that i do not have a daily driver. So she has to enquire with an assessor as it is a case by case situation in regards to having a daily driver.Being on hold sucks. Anfanee
IF it is your primary car then they won't insure you. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/447336-nrma-vintage-and-classic-insurance/page/17/#findComment-7681245 Share on other sites
elChin0
IF it is your primary car then they won't insure you. Okay soooooooo. I misunderstood it as needing another vehicle insured with NRMA. They just wanted to make sure i have access to another vehicle for everyday use, which i do. I am 24 just if anyone is curious. So final outcome was: Agreed Value - 50k Excess - $500 Premium - $840 Im honestly surprised how much cheaper it is. I was about to pay $2900 Premium and $1800 Excess. Thanks for the help guys 2 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/447336-nrma-vintage-and-classic-insurance/page/17/#findComment-7681256 Share on other sites
