Lots of fine work going on there!

Not one to nitpick but your turbo cooling outlet goes up and down and back up again.

When you shut of the engine it will not thermal syphon and will boil (gas up) and not pull the heat out of the cartridge, rather than circulate .

I plumbed mine back into the top tank of the radiator so the turbo outlet is slightly lower than the tank inlet.

As long as its flowing uphill it will work.

Just a thought!

More work on the fuel system. I found a level gauge that is the same range as stock and only 1" shorter in height so I'm good with the level being off a bit. New design will have a 460 sucking off bottom and filling the new sump. This new sump has the 2 PWM fuel pumps in it and now everything in the tank is pulse width modulated.

HOLY SMOKES!

Need to bring plug gap down because It's breaking up at 24-25 psig but DAMN!!! I'm SO close to 700!

It was 41 deg F tonight and I think the cold air was making it break up where it didn't the other day (was 67 deg F). But wow when the weather clears up I can not wait to drive it!

Boom. Gapped these BCPR8ES plugs down to .021" and fixed the misfire totally. These are back to back pulls from 22 up to 26 psi boost!

Yes through a stock intercooler and through only 3" exhaust with a .92 IWG 8384 EFR.

Should be noted it's like 37 deg F in the shop tonight.

I can't wait to drive it. This crushes my old numbers. These ID1300s are almost maxxed though.20171208_195051.thumb.jpg.d2f41fa5cd30be68f8fe17da7075a123.jpg

She had a good run... another classic to the big racetrack in the sky. Miraculously survived the crash with only 2 fractured vertebrae. :(

Sounds very disheartening. What happened?

f**k mate....sorry to hear Pat.....

would be heartbreaking after all the $$ pumped into that thing not to mention topping it off with fractured vertebrae

any plans to get a new one  & transfer the gear over?? or will you be calling it a day and getting something else?

Thinking...time attack. Maybe the only thing the wife will be on board with. I won't be doing any physical car work for a couple months at least.
