Is the amp powerful enough for 2 12inch subs, what power rating does it have ?

Will easily run 2 x 12inch subs.

Power bridged @ 4ohm (1 channel) = 406w RMS X 1

Power @ 2 0hm (2 channels) = 200w RMS X 2

Power @ 4 ohm (2channels) = 100w rms X 2

Hope this helps... Total power tested from the birth certifricate is 406wRMS

hmmm, almost forgotten about this thread... I sold the sub and box, and now I just have the amp to sell, I have someone coming to look at the amp tomorro, but if that falls through, ill let you know.
