DIY it mate, I know it sounds daunting if you haven't had much experience with that sort of thing, but perhaps you have a hands on friend that can help you out.

If you take them to a shop my guess is they need to charge a decent price, perhaps between 150-300? for their labour and service.

I dunno, isn't the hole point of owning a skyline to diy stuff?

Do the diy then take the lense to a body shop or friend with body shop experience to spray clear coat on them. A body shop did this my brothers 350z headlights and they look brand new and you wont have to worry about them hazing over a couple months later
