2003 V35 Amp?

Hey guys so my 03 v35 coupe with Bose speakers isn't working as in there was no sound coming out. HU is a jvc one. Music is playing but there is no sound. Most probably amp is dead? What kinda amp should I get? And what's the price range? Thanks

I think currently there's no amp there. Previous owner replaced Bose speaker with kappa perfect 6.5 inch?

The factory Bose system uses an amp. When replacing the factory HU, you need the correct interface to drive the Bose amp. Or you remove the whole system, fit the HU and wire in new speakers, with or without an aftermarket amp.

Fixed problem by replacing front two speakers and wired them directly to hu without amp. Doesn't sound as good but it works
