Input Shaft Bearing, Diagnosis And Can I Change It Myself?

Put in a supposedly rebuilt box along with new clutch, thrust, spigot, crank seal and lightweight flywheel.

With clutch out in neutral it makes a continuous noise and occasional chatter, we diagnosed it as input shaft bearing. Clutch in noise goes away.

Does that sound like what it could be and can i change it myself, seen writeups on sr20 boxes hoping rb25 boxes are similar.

Are the flywheel bolts done up tight? When I got my project 33 it had a similar noise which I thought was input shaft bearing until I pulled the box out and found the flywheel bolts had come loose lol
