Ben C34
In the engine bay. Coming out of the block. Inlet manifold side. How much and what type of oil do you plan on pouring into the engine? Do you know where to pour it? Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/448376-rb26-dipstick-location/#findComment-7384213 Share on other sites

Sinista32
As you look in the engine bay from the front it's on the left under the plenum. Stand on the drivers side of the engine bay towards the front It's directly across from the front lip of the Fuse box and under the Plenum (yellow) Can be difficult to see if you have an after market fuel reg + gauge, oil filter relocation, catch can with pipes, and engine stabiliser etc .. Ben C34
A few drips on on the driveway won't drop the sump level enough to notice. So no point looking for the dipstick anymore. jiffo
In my experience if the dipstick is hard to see the engine's been out and the tube has been bent/pushed under the plenum. The stick is in difficult spot, but I guess that goes for everything on a 26. OP has a 33 too, things are much worse on a 32.
