Rbdirty30
G'day guys I was wondering who on here has used the turbosmart electronic raceport bov on the skyline? Is there a need for it on a street/track/drag car? Cheers Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/448704-electronic-raceport-bov/ Share on other sites

cobrAA
I was actually looking at buying a raceport for my EFR turbo setup. these thing look great and sound similar to my blitz bov which i like. But i dont really see the need for the electronic controller on our setup. But i dont really see the need for the electronic controller on our setup.it comes with one on the turbo? Why not just use it how it was designed to work and spend that money elsewhere? 1 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/448704-electronic-raceport-bov/#findComment-7391062 Share on other sites

Dose Pipe Sutututu
honestly a conventional BOV is more than sufficient, there's no need for this electronic stuff. Rbdirty30
Sounds good to me then , it's cheaper without the electronic solidnoid Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/448704-electronic-raceport-bov/#findComment-7391265 Share on other sites

Ben C34
GTR's don't count? Hah. Too early in the morning for me! Even then, do they really need 2? scotty nm35
Two of anything is better right? I fail to understand the reason the solenoid is on the BOV, does it improve anything? Or does it just make tututu when the solenoid is off?
