Hi guys I currently have a standard bottem end 33 gtst

Mod list in

Pfc z32

Bosch 044

660cc injectors

Op6 highflow

Tuned at 250kw injectors currently hitting 64% duty

Question is do I have enough headroom for e85 with these injectors or do I need to go bigger also what else needs attention before I head down this path

That's abit broad. What is an early death? 2years? Thats mine Thus far and cars are still spot on.

Not sure if it was coincidence, but my primary feed pump got a bit lazy after I put the engine back together. It was sitting around for 10 months between when I popped the engine and got it back together. I only picked it up because the fuel pressure was falling and afr's were leaning out before the secondary feed pump came online. If you have a look for if, 500 working hours the 044's are rated at on E85 fuel.

Depends how much power you want, but I would say 660cc injectors won't get you far.

I'm using 875cc injectors and I'm at 92% duty cycle with a Hypergear SS2 turbo.

But if you're getting the E85 itch just drop in 1000cc injectors and a Walbro 450 E85 pump.

I imagine just being submerged in the fuel isn't the issue, the bronze bush bearings will fail after a while without the lubrication of the petrol. Stick to pumps designed for ethanol/methanol and you will be fine.

044 is not rated for E85 and will die an early death. Best not to take the risk and put an ethanol compatible pump on it on a "just coz" basis.

044 would have to be one of the most reliable pumps to use on E85.

040 on the other hand die left right and centre on e85

660 is definitely on the short end of the spectrum for that turbo on E85. It might restrict your boost to around 18psi. Hard to say

I use 1000cc injectors and 81% duty cycle with a 21U highflow 306rwkw. But my fuel pump isn't the best.

You could bump fuel pressure up perhaps. but I'd be looking into a set of top feeds

run a little e85 safe 2 stroke oil in with each tank to save your Bosch pumps.

This is the shizzle here https://www.motul.com/system/product_descriptions/technical_data_sheets/136/original/Micro%202T_GB.pdf?1290086772
