Different rear lights on 98 gtr? Pls explain.

there is not many skylines that have this, because it was optional, I've seen about 3-4 with them

I'm pretty sure Adrian (Mr. NOS Purge) has a light up Skyline panel.

I'd imagine it'd be legal if it was red and lit up on braking.
