Do Power Steering Fluid Leakage Bottles Work

I keep having to topple up my power steering fluid every 2 weeks so i was thinking of getting those bottles they sell at SuperCheap Auto or am i just wasting my money?

How much do mechanics normally charge to replace the power steering pump and hose completely?
