Sort of a photo but can someone help out with how these should be cropped?

Obviously something vaguely panoramic but I keep getting told not to put the horizon near the middle which sort of screws up the symmetry.

I like the horizon in the centre, for me personally, I'd offset the big bright building a little more.

I got a Panasonic FZ1000. It's a bridge camera (between point and shoot and DSLR). 1 inch sensor and does 4k video. I find I need the video features more and get decent photos as a secondary.

Here is some sample 4k video I shot yesterday.
