Hi guys. I found a weeping welsh plug under the front turbo on my r34 gtr. And now I'm thinking I might as well pull both turbos off, do all the Welsh plugs on that side and may as well get the turbos hi flowed while I'm at it. So can anyone give good feedback of turbo builders in Sydney?

Thanks in advance for your input.

Stao where do you think -5 would make 20 psi on a RB30 bottom end?

Might be too small. We've made an 55mm exhaust wheel for RB2630 application, and that should do.

For the -11s I meant the 2871s

Depends what you're after. -5's won't blow till 9000 rpm on a 3.0, so if that's what you're after, wrong turbo.

A grunty, lazy 400-440 kw on E85 with a sorted setup without having to spin it to the moon, perfect.

Ok just finished ripping out the turbos......what a bitch of a job. Dreading putting it all back together. All welsh plugs on that side also out, ready for new ones...

Turbos have a little bit of end play and oil sitting on the inlets especially the rear turbo. So I'm thinking might as well give them the high flow treatment while out.

I'm thinking -9 cause I'm not really going to do any other upgrades as I want to keep the car as stock looking and standard as possible.

What's everyones thoughts? Car only has wheels, suspension, exhaust, and a little piggy back power tuner wired into the ecu.

Oil sitting in comp covers, inparticularly the rear one, is normal for a GTR because of the factory breather setup and I'd say there is oil in your BOV return pipe too

What PIGGAZ said, -9s and a proper standalone

Cool,

This would be awesome in a dirty 26/30 where you don't touch the bottom end and don't want to overspin it but still want massive midrange power and street driveability

edit: OP you will love your car again like the day you bought it if you boost up on -9's with a real ecu. do it!
