My friend told me it's because of the rear diff backlash, does it make sens?

If I go for a Quaife, will I ever get a backlash due to the gear vs disc ?

and if I upgrade my stock FRONT diff for a nismo GT 1.5 way, will i get the backlash ? would I be better buying a front quaife too ?

thanks!!

or you could just adjust the diff you have to remove the backlash.

but there are lots of bits in the driveline that can cause clunks, you also need to look at tailshaft centre bearing and uni joint and the cv joints. And potentially any of the rear end bushes including control arm and subframe

anything that can move when it shouldn't might clunk

Purely for diagnostic purposes guys, can the diff oil be replaced with one of higher viscosity to check if low speed clicking/clunking diminishes?

Does it especially happen when switching from decel to accel?
