any recommendations on what coilovers and spring rates to use in the stagea?

are the meisterR Zeta-R 9kg front / 7kg rear any good?

9 and 7 too hard.

I recommend (and use) Bisteins. I have Tein springs but stockers may be ok or Eibach.

If you must have coil overs there are a few C34 owners happy with their BCs (don't know anyone with the coil overs you mention).

Hi, I use Tien road & track coil overs, They were second hand of a R32 GTR , They have been on my Cefiro for 4 years now and still working perfectly , I think the rear spring fate was a bit light but when i up graded my sway bar it came right, Sorry i cant tell you what rate the tien springs are but the fronts are very heavy duty, Well RB's are heaviy in the front, Jamind

9/7 too hard? I have 10/8 in my NM35 at the moment and it borderline too song for a sports wagon. Maybe upgrading the rear sway bar will help
