Its not the steel line as its the same diameter both ends, also why would my first stock turbo have two different sized banjo holes and the turbo was supplied and working with two banjos which are smaller in size and also the v4 as opposed to v3 on the casting?

I don't know what you are saying.

The restrictor is in the steel line

Can't see it from the outside, only when trying to look inside the tube where the banjo goes through.

As for your last question. Don't know.
