Hadouken
Hey guys. Now I have gutted quite a few cats in my time but I have never attempted a 100 cell metal cat. Am I going to be hating life when I try and bash this sucker out? Or am I just to follow the same principle as doing a ceramic cat? *Note: This is only for motorsport use. Shoota_77
Run your car as lean as fu(K for a few hours at full noise, that'll burn the poofter out! Might even give you better combustion chamber to sump breathing too! 1 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/450086-bashing-the-cat/#findComment-7415587 Share on other sites

hardsteppa
yeah it's pretty easy, tools needed - approx. 35cm 3inch stainless pipe - 2x 2bolt 3 inch flanges - welder works a treat and end up with a nice smooth finish, perfect for motorsport.
