Replacing a vandalized window

Hi Guys,

My car got broke into on saturday past. Some dickwit smashed the passenger side window and managed to take some coins i had in the coin compartment. Funny thing was im pretty certain it was a young thug hanging outside a office building looking like a drug abuser staring at my vehicle when i parked my car.

I can still slightly remember his face thou. Im gonna go to the same place next saturday and look for the guy. :ak47:

Anyway rant over now.

Question is:

Can somebody tell me how to go about changing/replacing the glass. Im assuming I have to find a second hand one now imported from overseas.

If you go second hand, glass is the easy bit, finding window rubbers in a reusable condition might be more difficult.

That said, I think many of the mobile windscreen mobs do Skyline glass these days. I have no idea how much, but it might be worth a call.

call your insurance cmpany, they give you a free windscreen every year, not sure about side windows but wont hurt to ask.

We picked one up from Just Jap and my mate put it back in himself, I'm sure of you PM Craved he would be able to tell you what he used to put it back in
