I meant, e.g. Carbie 304. So efi blocks with carbie induction on certain year cars. And also that there was a limited run of VL's that came with a carbied 308 and 304, I had no idea until I called my old blue slipper

Don't bother calling the government or the rta etc as they have zero idea on anything. I actually had a guy telling me it was illegal and asking for the rego.

Call a blue slipper and they will be able to tell you straight away whether it's legal or not.

yeah i know about those things, i thought you ment swapping parts between makes, im auvis (blueslip) at my workshop, the vsi 06 has the basic rundown though, the RVDs also show what came out optioned on what car.

Buy a GTS problem solved but yeah by a GTS build your spare rb25det on you P's then drop it in on your opens get it mod plated and good to go

all legalities aside, a rb25 turbo that's had the turbo removed will be gutless. Essentially what you've built is a severely detuned rb25de
