Fitting R32 Bonnet Cable

Ok seems stupid as I've done it 100 times before too

But i took the bonnet cable out awhile ago now need to re fit it but I'm not sure the route it takes to get It tight?

I've gt it going through the headlight cutout, then the guard/loom cutout then running along the underside of the guard. But there's so much slack in it so my bonnet obviously won't open if I leave the slack in the cable

Can't find any decent pics of how to run it

Can get photos tomorrow of how I've got it but does anyone have any photos on them or anything ??

Slack?

Route on mine is ike yours but on the underside of the guard mine runs through the wiring loops and along the wiring harness.

Once its connected to the latch mechanism its fine.
