R33 Turns Off Automatically

Hey guys, just a question i was hoping to get some advice about

Firstly my car is a manual r33 series 2 gtst

Recently rebuilt the top end due to the compressor wheel going on an adventure inside the engine and fitted a highflow stock turbo

As of about few weeks after the car turns off by itself when in neutral after coming down from revs. Sometimes it will almost turn off but wont, tacho shows it drops to like 100 rpm then quickly jumps back to normal idle. Only does it when you put it in neutral after having revs or if you were to say chnage gear really slowly so its not a big issues as long as its in gear, also hesitates sometimes in high revs.

AFM or need a tune or any suggestions?

Clean it and be happy.

The hesitation in high revs is something else. Could be spark, fuel, afm or could just simply be its untuned and running lean up top. Which is no good btw
