...and if Renault do buy Lotus I hope they boot Paster and get Hulk in the seat. The team could do wnders wuth Bell and a bit more budget

They'd have more of a budget if they weren't rebuilding maldonado's car every time he crashes it (in other words, every round)

Monza is by far and away the shittest track on the calendar, there is no joy watching a drag race surrounded by one eyed inbreeds

There is a great elegance in not coming here and shouting Forza Mercedes in other fans faces

How have we not progressed from places like this, its amazing

Bahrain second, Melbourne third

Well them and the rest.

Ferrari are the closest to challenging MB but they aren't close.

RB is stuffed and will have to run Ferrari engines next year as MB told them to sod off.

Williams don't have the money to improve their car quickly enough.

Lotus are going broke and are waiting on a Renault buy out which is their only chance.

The less said about McLaren the better.

Sauber have no money.

Force it India have a bit more than Sauber but not enough to be competitive.

Torro Rosso will never amount to anything.

Manor will be lucky to be around in two years time.

Oh and Britney cant get anywhere near Hamilton.

So its all going well then.

Best thing about the Monza telecast was the BRM from 1971.

Monza was an OK race. Although DRS still gifts a place, making overtakes a non-event in most cases.

The bullshit surrounding F1 continues. The FIA imposed 168 places worth of penalties, Ricciardo was demoted 50 places due to engine and turbo swap. Alonso got dropped 10 places, Button 5 places. Who f**king cares? All these top drivers starting out of place at the back of the grid. FIA have lost the plot.

Also, there was some drama about Merc's tyre pressures late in the race. They were within the rules when the tyres came out of the blankets, the FIA decided to "spot check" them on the grid after they had cooled down and then found Merc to be below the minimum required pressure. Of course they will be! Ferrari obviously knew this was going to happen and pumped their tyres up a bit. But Merc ended up not being penalised, which is fine. But Merc told Lewis to speed up in the last few laps, but not why. Why is now known - to cover off a potential FIA penalty for having cold tyres with less pressure in them. Who f**king cares???

Too many goddamn rules.
